I highly recommend this company for pool services and repair. I just had my pool pump and filter replaced and Kyle did an amazing job. He works hard and does really good quality work. He came the same day I called and was able to get my pool taken care of quickly. While doing the job, he also found that I needed a water shut off valve and he cut the pipe and installed the valve for me without charging extra. Outstanding quality work! Best in El Dorado County!

I switched over to Nevergreen last year because others were not getting it done. Kyle listens, responds & communicates. The pricing is fair and the attention he takes work for us. He has become a valuable member of our household team.

As a new pool owner, I had no idea how to care for a pool. I contacted a couple of pool service providers for quotes. Kyle was the only provider that actually responded to my inquiry and provided a fair monthly rate. I have used Nevergreen for the last year and I have to say that my pool always looks great. I have had so many questions along the way and Kyle is always great at responding and has gone above and beyond on many occasions. I would definitely recommend him if you want your pool to be clean and have great customer service!

Nevergreen Pools...go with the best, not the rest. I recently changed pool service providers since my pool was not looking good. Although my prior provider was a very nice guy, over time, I dont believe I was receiving a complete service, and my pool began to show it. I am lucky to have contacted Kyle at Nevergreen Pools. He came over, assessed the situation, and proposed a solution. He worked for several days straight, sometimes in the dark, to get my pool looking nice again. His honesty, integrity, professionalism and dedication are second to none! He treats my pool like his own! And periodically, if I have a question, he will pop over and check out the situation, followed by a detailed email or text letting me know what he found, what he recommends, or just a response to my inquiry. His team holds the same high standards as he does. And.... he is willing to be flexible to work within your budget if needed. He has several service packages to offer. Kyle and staff have been servicing our pool since last summer. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and promptly fixed a few issues that the previous pool service guy missed and ignored. Very pleased with the diligence and professionalism of the weekly routine and annual tune up maintenance services. Our pool is sparkling clean and "Never Green". Highly recommend!

Kyle is super responsive and gets the job done quickly and efficiently, fast to diagnose any issues, pool looks and runs great, he's been helping me with my pool equipment since I moved to Folsom a few years ago, can't recommend him enough.
