Great service, my autopay was not working and they helped me with late fees. This is great customer service! I didn't even ask. Always sends a photo when job complete!

It was so hard finding a pool service that would take on a new client, let alone one that didn't cost a fortune. We've had Nevergreen pools for about a year now and no complaints. The gentleman that came out to give us an initial quote was very informative and asked about our dogs and if they'd ever be out. Our dogs are spoiled and only go out if we go out but it was nice that he asked and they were willing to accommodate either way. They come weekly in a 3 or 4 hour time window and send us a picture and follow up email every week. We've had some issues getting auto pay set up but I don't fault them for that, they use a third party provider Each time I've called when I notice my card hasn't been charged they take off the late fee and correct it. I don't mind issues as long as they're resolved the right way. They also keep an eye out on our pool equipment and let us know if anything looks like a potential issue. They take the hard work and trouble out of having a pool and we greatly appreciate it!
When I called to get a quote, they came out and looked at my equipment and my pool. They made some great suggestions and began service right away. They have been very reliable sending an email when the pool has been serviced and am very happy with their service and the price is reasonable.
I had some Pentair lights fail which are covered under warranty. The first company they had contact me was JC Pools and the tech complained about how how crappy of a job this was for him and that Pentair was a pain for him to deal with. I then contacted Pentair to see if they could link me up with a different pool company and they had the guys at Nevergreen pools contact me. The lady that contacted me to make the appointment was super professional and they were able to get me on the schedule within days. The tech that came out was a younger guy, who was was super-nice and actually knew a lot of information about pools in general. Nevergreen was on it through the entire process, which is a huge change from most of the other local pool companies, so for those reasons I strongly recommend them and will definitely be contacting them next time I need help with my pool.
Called Nevergreen Pools from a recommendation from a local Placerville pool service that was filled and not taking new clients. I'm so glad I did! Keirsten answered the phone and immediately helped make me feel better about this 911 pool situation. My husband and I attempted to do a DIY pool service on our pool at our home we just moved into and thing after thing kept going wrong. We ended up needing to call for help and I was positive we would be waiting days for an appointment, but Keirsten quickly called someone and got us a same day appointment- guys showed up within an hour! 2 of the nicest guys came to help fix the problem, replaced broken parts and even helped my husband to understand the way the parts worked, showed how to heat the pool/spa and were so kind and helpful through it all. We have never owned a pool before so this is all new to us and they made the experience so wonderful. Turned our hectic day into a great one. We are signing up to have them maintain our pool monthly now because of the stellar service we received! Wish I knew the guys names who helped us, I think Kyle and one other guy! 10 stars if I could!
They have been servicing our pool for close to 8 months. I have never owned a pool before and had a few questions pop up and they have helped answer all of them. They are quick to respond and have never missed their weekly services.
Kyle and his team do an amazing job. We switched to Never Green about a year ago. Never Green was more expensive on a monthly basis but I now see what I'm paying for. Our pool has never looked so good. We replaced most of our pool equipment and switched to salt water the previous year. We started noticing a green color on the cocking around the poll. It turns out it was from the coper in the heater. This was the result of the chemical balance being incorrect. The pool also appeared cloudy which has now been corrected. I'm sure some of the 16k we invested in new equipment would have been wasted if we had not switched to Never Green. Great job Kyle our pool is the best it has been in the fourteen years we have lived here.
We are so pleased with the service by Nevergreen. They have been taking care of our pool for some time now. They are always timely and inform us each week of the services they performed. They also tell us in the summer months when we need to add water. We would highly recommend Nevergreen Pools.
