This was the third time we have had them come out to keep our filter running. This time we were under the impression that we were going to need to replace the pump for almost $4000. When Nathan came out, instead of just blindly changing it, he pointed out some minor things that needed to be done and only charged the diagnostic fee. We have had Kiani (on the spelling) and now Nathan out, and both have provided excellent service. Highly recommend this company!

Keoni came on time and was very professional. He was super knowledgeable about every piece of the equipment as well as the iAquaLink app. He not only got my system running, but helped me adjust the parameters to save money on electricity. He pointed out what issues might arrive in the near future and without trying to upsell just let me know what to keep an eye out for. I already have pool cleaning services, but will absolutely use Nevergreen pools for all my pool repair needs.
Jeff has great work ethic & most pleasant demeanor which is reflected in how the pool looks when he's done. I try to fill in between his visits but he makes that task minimal. We've been pool owners for almost 50 years, the first half of that time I managed the pool condition, the second half we've had it professionally done & Nevergreen offers the best service in this experience. The after-service email photo say it all & a nice touch.

Best pool service ever. They take care of every last detail so that we don't have to think about it. They send detailed weekly reports and photos, and when things go wrong (we had our pool sweep bag rip) they take care of those things too. Very friendly and absolutely fair price.

It was so hard finding a pool service that would take on a new client, let alone one that didn't cost a fortune. We've had Nevergreen pools for about a year now and no complaints. The gentleman that came out to give us an initial quote was very informative and asked about our dogs and if they'd ever be out. Our dogs are spoiled and only go out if we go out but it was nice that he asked and they were willing to accommodate either way. They come weekly in a 3 or 4 hour time window and send us a picture and follow up email every week. We've had some issues getting auto pay set up but I don't fault them for that, they use a third party provider Each time I've called when I notice my card hasn't been charged they take off the late fee and correct it. I don't mind issues as long as they're resolved the right way. They also keep an eye out on our pool equipment and let us know if anything looks like a potential issue. They take the hard work and trouble out of having a pool and we greatly appreciate it!
When I called to get a quote, they came out and looked at my equipment and my pool. They made some great suggestions and began service right away. They have been very reliable sending an email when the pool has been serviced and am very happy with their service and the price is reasonable.
I had some Pentair lights fail which are covered under warranty. The first company they had contact me was JC Pools and the tech complained about how how crappy of a job this was for him and that Pentair was a pain for him to deal with. I then contacted Pentair to see if they could link me up with a different pool company and they had the guys at Nevergreen pools contact me. The lady that contacted me to make the appointment was super professional and they were able to get me on the schedule within days. The tech that came out was a younger guy, who was was super-nice and actually knew a lot of information about pools in general. Nevergreen was on it through the entire process, which is a huge change from most of the other local pool companies, so for those reasons I strongly recommend them and will definitely be contacting them next time I need help with my pool.
Called Nevergreen Pools from a recommendation from a local Placerville pool service that was filled and not taking new clients. I'm so glad I did! Keirsten answered the phone and immediately helped make me feel better about this 911 pool situation. My husband and I attempted to do a DIY pool service on our pool at our home we just moved into and thing after thing kept going wrong. We ended up needing to call for help and I was positive we would be waiting days for an appointment, but Keirsten quickly called someone and got us a same day appointment- guys showed up within an hour! 2 of the nicest guys came to help fix the problem, replaced broken parts and even helped my husband to understand the way the parts worked, showed how to heat the pool/spa and were so kind and helpful through it all. We have never owned a pool before so this is all new to us and they made the experience so wonderful. Turned our hectic day into a great one. We are signing up to have them maintain our pool monthly now because of the stellar service we received! Wish I knew the guys names who helped us, I think Kyle and one other guy! 10 stars if I could!
They have been servicing our pool for close to 8 months. I have never owned a pool before and had a few questions pop up and they have helped answer all of them. They are quick to respond and have never missed their weekly services.
Kyle and his team do an amazing job. We switched to Never Green about a year ago. Never Green was more expensive on a monthly basis but I now see what I'm paying for. Our pool has never looked so good. We replaced most of our pool equipment and switched to salt water the previous year. We started noticing a green color on the cocking around the poll. It turns out it was from the coper in the heater. This was the result of the chemical balance being incorrect. The pool also appeared cloudy which has now been corrected. I'm sure some of the 16k we invested in new equipment would have been wasted if we had not switched to Never Green. Great job Kyle our pool is the best it has been in the fourteen years we have lived here.

We recently moved into a house with a pool that has had more than it's fair share of problems. We had a leaking filter that needed to be replaced, some other miscellaneous leaks, and a malfunctioning propane heater. For each problem that we had, Kyle responded quickly, efficiently, and very cost effectively. The standard pool cleaning and maintenance has been great since we started using Nevergreen Pools. Our pool always looks perfect. Our young kids always run out the door to pester and chat with Kyle when he arrives for our weekly service. Kyle takes the time out of his day to engage with them. I don't need that from my pool service, but I think that it shows how great his customer service is when I'm sure he has lots of other more important things to do. I would recommend Nevergreen Pools to anyone with a pool.
Kyle took over when my pool had turned very green. I was advised by others to drain the pool. I called Kyle and true to his company name, he turned it back into a crystal clear pool. He did it by turning the green to dust and vacuuming it up. I was impressed and hired him close to three years ago. We haven't seen any green in our pool since he took over. I don't want to have to deal with bills every month so he auto bills my American Express. I know that he and his team can handle any issue that comes up. I have no misgivings when recommending NeverGreen Pools.

We moved to El Dorado Hills in 2015 and before we chose Nevergreen Pools, we had been through three pool services, multiple technicians and even doing it ourselves. Our pool never worked perfectly and the cleanings left much to be desired with some folks even saying they cleaned when they didn't or rushing and skimping on service. Nevergreen pools does it all and very well for a reasonable price. They do pool service, but in addition, they do a great job optimizing scheduling, fixing and tuning pool equipment and anything else you need them to do; it's one stop shopping! We are extremely pleased with Kyle and his team and Kyle is very responsive for any of my special needs or questions. Nevergreen is a superb value if you want your pool to stay clean and operating properly year round.
Never green has been servicing our pool for a couple years now and we couldn't recommend them more. We needed a new pool pump last year and Kyle gave us numerous quotes and helped us choose the right one. It was installed quickly and demonstrated to us. Such nice and professional people, highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company for pool services and repair. I just had my pool pump and filter replaced and Kyle did an amazing job. He works hard and does really good quality work. He came the same day I called and was able to get my pool taken care of quickly. While doing the job, he also found that I needed a water shut off valve and he cut the pipe and installed the valve for me without charging extra. Outstanding quality work! Best in El Dorado County!

As a new pool owner, I had no idea how to care for a pool. I contacted a couple of pool service providers for quotes. Kyle was the only provider that actually responded to my inquiry and provided a fair monthly rate. I have used Nevergreen for the last year and I have to say that my pool always looks great. Nevergreen Pools...go with the best, not the rest. I recently changed pool service providers since my pool was not looking good. Although my prior provider was a very nice guy, over time, I dont believe I was receiving a complete service, and my pool began to show it. I am lucky to have contacted Kyle at Nevergreen Pools. He came over, assessed the situation, and proposed a solution. He worked for several days straight, sometimes in the dark, to get my pool looking nice again. Standard pool service can be like visiting the dentist for a cleaning- necessary, but not exciting. It isn't until you find someone who truly cares about their craft that you realize how different it can be. Our pool isn't just clean, it sparkles. Recommendations for improvements are made, but not pushed. Service is consistent and my needs are considered proactively. Kyle's attention to every detail demonstrates the difference between a pool company that is focused on churning pools vs. the concierge service that comes from an owner who takes pride in their results.
